As a full-service contract manufacturer of precision medical devices, subassemblies, and components, Micro operates five ISO Class 8 and Class 9 cleanrooms. Each is staffed by highly trained technicians and equipped with state-of-the-art production technology.
With facilities in New Jersey and Costa Rica, we maintain more than 14,000 square feet of cleanroom space dedicated to supporting customer programs. Our capabilities include manual part assembly, riveting, inspection, singulation, packaging, and final device assembly.
We manufacture a wide range of products—from blades, scissors, and stapling devices to laparoscopic, endoscopic, arthroscopic, and biopsy instruments for minimally invasive surgery.
