Modern facilities are ISO-9001, ISO-13485 & ISO-14001 certified, with an ISO Class 8 clean room for surgical instrument assembly.
In addition to MICRO’s 3 facilities in the U.S., MICRO’s Costa Rica location achieved ISO 13485:2016 Certification for its Medical Device Quality Management System in October of 2022. The 32,000 sq. ft. facility located in the Zona Franca Metro Business Park features clean room assembly and light manufacturing. A fourth-generation family-owned business, 2025 marks the 80th Anniversary of MICRO’s incorporation.
